Installations Engineer/1st Line Support (Audio / Visual Technology) European Travel Involved £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Monday to Friday office hours - early finish on a Friday (May involve some 'out of hours' technical support which will be remunerated at a generous overtime rate) Wirral Due to incredible business growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for an Installations Engineer/1st Line Support to join our hugely successful client in supporting their Key Account Client to deliver exceptional customer service, IT support and project delivery demands. They have a hugely exciting future with plans to grow their business dramatically over the next 12 months which will have a fantastic impact on the development and internal promotion of their employees as well as additional recruitment. In your new role you will be serving as a point of contact for new stores/refits and providing technical support for Solution Delivery. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices, has exceptional organizational skills and draws energy from being part of a team. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieving the team’s sales targets. Key Duties and Responsibilities • 1st line support for the installation team • Configure Novastar, android, windows devices to each device. • Work with the customer to ensure all technical data is captured • Create content guides for one of the biggest sports retailers in the World and for the content creation team • Liaise with software for all device types, resolutions, Spiceworks tickets etc. • Create handover for the support team • Rename all EVK’s in cloud during the installation period • Log all EVK’s/IP’s/SN’s at the installation period • On large flagship stores you are required to do the on-site support at the store. • Potential trips to Europe to support the installation team for go live. Requirements • Proven experience within go live support • Hands on experience with ERP & CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) • High level understanding of IT/AV • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • A team player with high level of dedication • Ability to work under strict deadlines • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills Please click on the link to appky - ensuring all your CV and contact details are up to date.
